At AfterPaint, we understand that a freshly painted home not only boosts curb appeal but can also help sell your property faster and attract more potential buyers. However, we know that not everyone has the financial flexibility to invest in painting before putting their home on the market.
That’s why AfterPaint offers a unique solution: we’ll paint your home in your chosen colour scheme, with payment due upon settlement. We also provide customisable options, such as painting the home to the buyer's preference after the sale is complete.
The idea behind AfterPaint comes from my extensive experience as a licensed tradesman. Over the years, I’ve painted many homes, only to see new owners repaint shortly after purchase because they didn’t like the seller’s colour choices. We aim to bridge that gap, giving both sellers and buyers a hassle-free way to achieve the perfect look.

AfterPaint are here to answer any questions you may have, the owner Craig has over 30yrs combined experience in painting, and the coating industry.
How does this work?
You pay for the house to be painted from settlement funds, we paint the home prior to the new owner moving in. We see this as a winning solution for both parties, primarily the new owner gets the colour scheme they chose and love.
In test cases we have found this to be a winning solution for both parties, but primarily for the seller it eliminates the buyer using this as a negotiation tool when making an offer.

Notably a contract between the seller and AfterPaint is binding for both parties.
There is two ways to go about it.
Option one:
To have your home painted prior to listing the home on the market. Once sold, you pay After Paint from the settlement funds.
Option two:
AfterPaint supplies a full written quote, noting the new owner can pick their own colour scheme. We go in and create their dream colour palette for their new home, prior to then moving in.
Payment is only made by the previous owner once the job is complete and signed off by the happy new owners.
The funds are then released to AfterPaint.
